    Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) (7 days)

    NLP Practitioner Training
    In this course, you will be trained in the use and techniques of NLP, Time Line Therapy ®,Hypinosis and Coaching. Upon completion, you will be eligible to become a member of the American Board of Hypnotherapy and American Board of Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

    NLP Master Practitioner Certification (15 days)

    In this course, you will consolidate and expand on what you have learned in your Practitioner Training. You will reach a higher level and achieve a mastery in the areas of Coaching, NLP, Hypnosis and Time Line Therapy ®. Upon completion, you will be eligible to become a member of the American Board of Hypnotherapy and American Board of Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

    NLP Practitioner Course for Mums (10 days)

    Come and learn NLP techniques of thinking and communicating and how to apply them in your life, family, and career. This training was specially designed for you to use the power of your mind to become more confident, calm, and fulfilled with your life and help you come back to work whilst your children are at school.

    The training runs between 9:30am-2:30pm on weekdays.

    Upon completion, you will be eligible to become a member of the American Board of Hypnotherapy and American Board of Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

  • What is NLP?

    NLP stands for Neuro-linguistic Programming. As a simple definition, we can say that it is the science of excellent behaviour.

    Neuro-Linguistic Programming is the essential connection between mind (neuro) and language (linguistic) and how their interaction affects our body and behaviour (programming).

    It is an essential educational process that provides very powerful tools, helping you to quickly and efficiently develop the skills you need to:

    • Be in control of your thoughts, feelings and actions
    • Understand yourself and others better
    • Communicate well with every person, in any situation
    • Achieve your personal and professional goals easily and effortlessly
    • Allow yourself to be the person you want to be and have the life you desire

    NLP can be used in all areas including parenting, personal development, education, sports, business, therapy and coaching. It can be applied to treat fear, phobias, certain addictions, shyness or low self-confidence, procrastination, lack of positive attitude and to aid weight loss.

    NLP was created by Richard Blander and John Grinder during the 1970s in the USA and since then has been largely used by teachers, politicians, actors, writers, lawyers, athletes, entrepreneurs, therapists, parents, doctors, coaches and in marketing, as well as many more professionals.


    What is TLT®?

    Your own time line is your internal personal record, created by your own personal history, according to the things you experience in life. So every day, the things you feel, see, hear, taste, smell, the things you believe and your daily decisions, are organised and stored in a chronological order by your unconscious mind. You also use your time line to live in the present and design your future.

The great thing about TLT® is that these techniques allow you to work at the unconscious level, releasing the effects of past negative experiences and changing “inappropriate” programming easily and effortlessly in minutes, rather than days, months or years.

    With Time Line Therapy®, you will acquire the emotional freedom you have been long been searching for! Time Line Therapy® techniques enable you to “rewrite” your new internal “Time Line”, bringing you to a new level where you are more confident, capable, successful, and happy.     What is Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy?

    Hypnosis is the process by which a person induces an altered state of attention or degree of awareness in another person; the production of responses and ideas unfamiliar to the person in the normal state of mind; or changes in behaviour, perceptions, or psychological processes. It can also occur naturally when a person has become totally absorbed in what they are doing. In fact, your will-power may be strengthened with hypnosis.

    Hypnosis is all about direct communication with the unconscious mind, and is the most powerful tool we have for bringing about change at the unconscious level. Changing unwanted habits such as smoking or nail biting obviously involves changing a pattern of behaviour, but so does something like gaining more confidence or dealing with stress – the unconscious needs to learn “confidence” patterns and unlearn “stress” patterns for specific situations.

    It could be argued that all problems are unconscious problems, even those that arise from external events that seem to be beyond our control. It is our reaction to these events, rather than the events themselves that is crucial.

    In hypnosis, it is usual to feel relaxed, at ease, and you may well enjoy a special peace of mind. What is particularly pleasant about hypnosis is the fact that it is natural and safe when used by trained professionals, and almost everyone can learn to use it by themselves and be helped by it.

    Hypnotherapy is a brief strategic therapy – one that is aimed specifically at finding a resolution to your problem as quickly, safely and efficiently as possible. A skilled hypnotherapist will have the ability during a case study to ascertain whether you need to regress back to find the root of the problem, or whether it is more applicable to use future progression techniques to change tomorrow. Hypnosis is particularly useful for helping people change their behaviour, symptoms, and attitudes. It is also useful in dealing with attentional deficits, motivation, assertiveness and confidence building, ego-strengthening and enhancing psychotherapy and counselling.

    It is a treatment for most conditions including asthma, enuresis, hypertension, migraine, obesity, smoking cessation, gastrointestinal disorders and anxiety. Other conditions where Hypnosis also have a great positive effect are: anxiety control, motivation training, attitude change, depression, eating disorders, fears and phobias, memory training, nail biting, panic and performance anxiety, sexual dysfunction, sleep disorders, stuttering, study problems, trauma counselling, thumb sucking.

    If left untreated, problems can sometimes create a ripple effect into other areas of your life, and what many people find is, on completion of effective hypnotherapy, other problems seem to melt away.
